Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 

At Loventine Planners, we specialize in creating memorable and personalized experiences for proposals, celebrations, and special occasions. Since each setup involves advance planning, vendor coordination, customization, and resource allocation, we follow a structured cancellation and rescheduling policy to ensure smooth operations and fairness to both parties.

By confirming a booking with us, the client agrees to the terms outlined below.

 

Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request to reschedule their booking depending on the time of notice provided before the scheduled experience. If a request is made more than 48 hours in advance, rescheduling is allowed with a 15% rescheduling fee, as arrangements and vendor bookings are already initiated.

If the request is made between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled experience, rescheduling may still be possible depending on availability, logistics, and vendor coordination. In such cases, a fee of up to 30% of the total booking amount may be charged.

However, if the request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled experience, rescheduling will not be permitted due to the immediate execution of arrangements and costs already incurred.

Additionally, any bookings made within 48 hours of the experience date are considered last-minute bookings and are strictly non-reschedulable and non-cancellable.

 

Cancellation Policy

In case a client wishes to cancel their booking, cancellation charges will be applicable based on the number of days remaining before the scheduled date.

If the cancellation is made 15 days prior to the event, 30% of the total booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees.

If the cancellation is made between 10 to 6 days prior to the event, 35% of the total booking amount will be charged.

If the cancellation is made between 6 to 2 days prior to the event, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.

If the cancellation is made within 2 days of the event or on the same day, 100% of the booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

 

Customized Services

All customized setups, including personalized décor, printed materials, surprise elements, and custom gifts, are specially curated as per client requirements. Due to the nature of these services, once the booking is confirmed, no cancellations, refunds, adjustments, or rescheduling will be allowed.

 

Unforeseen Circumstances (Force Majeure)

Loventine Planners shall not be held responsible for any delays, changes, or inability to execute services due to circumstances beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to, weather conditions such as rain, storms, floods, or natural disasters, as well as government restrictions, public events, political disturbances, strikes, or venue-related limitations.

In such situations, no refunds will be issued. However, rescheduling may be considered depending on availability and applicable charges, which will be discussed with the client.

 

General Disclaimer

This policy serves as a general guideline for all bookings made with Loventine Planners. Certain experiences or services may have slightly different terms depending on their nature, customization level, or vendor involvement. Clients are advised to review the specific terms mentioned on the respective product or service page before making a booking.

Failure to read or understand the cancellation and rescheduling policy shall not be considered a valid reason for disputes or claims. We strongly recommend that all clients carefully go through the policy to avoid any misunderstandings.
